Saudi Warehousing & Logistics Expo and co-located Saudi Wood Expo were inaugurated by Hassan Alhwaizy, President of the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce, bringing together the largest event for supply chain, warehousing and logistics and the largest wood and woodworking event in the Kingdom under one roof at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The exhibition, featuring over 3,500 products and services, showcased the latest technologies and strategies in logistics services and warehousing solutions.”

Interactive demos and product launches strength supply chain
Tenderd, a fleet management platform, showcased a live demo of their AI-powered safety system, designed for logistics and warehousing companies. The system uses advanced AI and real-time monitoring to enforce safety protocols, reduce risks and boost operational efficiency, ensuring a safer work environment even in challenging conditions.
Another exhibitor, Almajdouie Logistics, a Dammam-based transport and logistics giant, unveiled new models of Peugeot Partner and Citroën Berlingo, which are designed to meet the needs of transportation and logistics, combining advanced technology with efficiency and reliability.
Innovative wood solutions transform industry standards
Fian Group, a Jeddah-based supplier of specialized chemicals and finishing products, presented a live demo of their Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR). These advanced robots enhance infrastructure projects by optimizing resources and maintaining operations, streamlines logistics and maintenance in commercial spaces, and supports smart living in residential developments through automated services and sustainable solutions.
Desert Board launched Palm strand boards (PSB), the world's first sustainable 3-meter 60-minute fire-rated door core made from annual regenerated palm biomass which is UL 10C Certified.
Saudi Logistics Summit hosts constructive dialogues
The first edition of Saudi Logistics Summit became a high-level gathering of supply chain experts and logistics leaders, as they piqued audience’s interest with dialogues and sessions driving industry priorities and discussing the significance of international partnerships and localizing manufacturing.
During his opening sessions, Dr. Abdullah Alabdulkarim, CEO of Saudi Logistics Academy (SLA) stressed on the importance of the IKTVA (In-Kingdom Total Value Add) programme in supporting the expansion of the Kingdom’s logistics industry and helping Saudi Arabia climb ranks on World Bank’s Logistics Performance Index.
In another session, Ahmed Attia, Group Supply Chain Director, Zahrawi Group stressed that investment in distribution efficiency will drive economic growth and enhance outcomes.
“The next two of the events will feature Hala Chats which will drive awareness sessions in the supply chain, warehousing and logistics sectors as well as wood industry,” concluded Kazi.
